Alchemy With Soul Policies

By making a purchase from Alchemy With Soul means you understand and agree to these polices.

SHIPPING

READY TO SHIP items will ship within one week unless you purchase other items which are made to order

I ship all packages via Australia Post tracked postage. If you have ordered through my website, you will receive an email when your item is shipped with tracking details.

Insurance: Parcels are NOT insured, if you wish to add insurance please contact me and I will calculate what the extra cost will be.

South Australia Domestic can take between 1 – 4 business days

All other Australian states can take between 5 – 9 business days

International can take between 14 – 30 business days

ONCE YOUR ITEM IS IN THE POST IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. Please be patient.

Alchemy With Soul is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. 

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Alchemy With Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you suspect your package has been stolen you must file a stolen mail report with your local post office and/or police department as mail theft is a felony crime. If you feel your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with the tracking number. In the instance of lost mail, there may be certain exceptions where I can help, please contact me for details.

CUSTOM ORDER TIMELINE

Alchemy With Soul handcrafts custom products within 4 weeks. (on the rare occasion it may take longer, if this is the case I will email you and let you know). The time it will take depends on many factors:

– How many orders are currently in my queue

– How large and or complex each order is in my queue

Ready to Ship items will ship within one week unless you purchase other items which are made to order

– Orders are worked first come first served

– Remember I am a one woman business and that each and every order is made by hand from raw materials one at a time and I do my very best to process each order as quickly as I can while also maintaining quality.

– Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time and due to this a higher price.

The Made To Order/Customisable product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes apply to anything in my online store unless stated otherwise when advertising the discount.

Discounts NEVER apply to Customs or shipping prices.

RETURNS

My policy lasts 7 days from when you receive your package. If 7 days have gone by unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Exchanges (if applicable):

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me at alchemywithsoul@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Measurements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements you give are accurate. Because of this I cannot refund due to size. I can do a replacement IF the item is not custom or personalized, you are responsible for shipping charges and returning the item.

If the design allows, I can re-size the piece on custom or personalized pieces.  Price will reflect the complexity of the piece and you are responsible for shipping charges.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

The currency conversion in my online shop is updated every 24 hours (unless there is technical issues). The prices converted and displayed for your reference should be exact but there is the possibility of it being slightly out depending on the time its been updated and wether or not there were changes in the exchange since then. All payments are made in Australian Dollars.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

I have the right to refuse service by cancelling and refunding your order if you are abusive or choose to harass me in any way.

I have nothing but love and respect for my customers, however I have zero tolerance for harassment.

In addition to my zero tolerance for harassment policy, this also includes demeaning and hateful requests for custom orders. If I find it to be offensive to any culture, race or group of people, I shall take it upon myself to cancel and refund any order or deny custom requests. Alchemy With Soul loves and respects ALL cultures and will not be associated with hatred in any way.
